We’re Warren and Laura, founders of Hybrid Endurance Coach.

Laura leads all athlete coaching, drawing on years of experience in CrossFit and HYROX racing and coaching to deliver structured, personalised programs designed for strength, endurance, and race performance.

Warren, a qualified 80/20 Endurance coach and experienced endurance racer, supports the training philosophy and systems that underpin every program.

Hybrid training combines strength and conditioning to help athletes perform across every discipline.

Whether you’re running, lifting, racing, or recovering, hybrid training ensures every session has purpose and carries over to performance.
